The Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition (CNC) will host a free presentation to educate the public on street gang activity in and around Pinellas County, FL. On Saturday, October 10, 2009, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the St. Petersburg College Clearwater Campus, Arts Auditorium, 2465 Drew Street, Clearwater FL 33765. Experts from the National Safety Council – Gang Intervention and Prevention Program, City of Clearwater Police Department, Clearwater Hispanic Outreach - Gang Intervention, Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast - Gang Intervention and Outreach, and the Pinellas County State Attorney – Gang Intervention and Prosecution Program will present and discuss topics related to reducing street gang activity through community involvement.
