I have a male Solomon Island Eclectus. He is semi-tame. He has a little plucking around his neck. He is 3 years old. I want him to go to a good home. He will not come with a cage. He has recently been to the vet for his nails and beak. His wings are clipped. I am asking a rehoming fee of $325.00.
