The Harbour House is one of the most sought after buildings in the SOHO district. Located on the west side of the Howard Ave & Bayshore Blvd corner, this building is directly on the Bay.
The Harbour House is landscaped and meticulously up kept at all times. The interior features brand new elevators, a guest lounge and seating area as well as a hair salon.

The Unit:
The unit is located on the 4th floor facing southwest into the Bay and overlooking the pool. This is a 900sqft 1BR/1BA with large windows, a brand new kitchen and warm Caribbean colors throughout. New ceiling fans were installed and can keep this unit cool even on a hot summer day with the doors open. A large balcony is perfect for entertaining and watching sunsets.
Amenities:
Harbour House is directly on Bayshore and has easy access to all of South Tampa. If you enjoy fitness just walk out the door and find yourself on Bayshore or stroll up the street to Xtreme Fitness for a great workout. There is a large bike room for easy storage and access as well. A covered carport is provided and there is plenty of guest parking. The Harbour House pool is cleaned three times a week and has plenty of lounge chairs available.
Location:
The Harbour House is within walking distance of Hyde Park and all the restaurants/bars in the area. These include MacDintons, Cheap, Dubliner, Ceviche, Berns, etc.
Availability:
This unit is available at the end of October or 1st of November. Lease term is at least 1 year. A $125 application fee and application must be submitted to the HOA for approval. A $100 move in fee will be paid by the landlord. First months rent and a one month deposit are due upon move in. Unfortunately the Harbour House does not allow pets.
Utilities:
Water is covered under the HOA. Tenant would be responsible for energy and cable/Internet. There is a DirecTV dish installed if you wish to use their service.
Furnishings:
If you wish, the following items can be provide as furnishings - Executive desk, couch, coffee and end tables, TV stand, dresser and two nightstands as well as kitchen and glassware.
