I will give you a $500 Dyson Vacuum Cleaner for Christmas (Sealed in factory box, color is Lavender, as shown) if you rent this place from me this weekend! This is not a gimmick, make 2 on-time monthly payments and I will give you the vacuum for you to keep as a thank you for renting the place from me. I will personally bring it to your (new) door. I only have 1 apartment for rent, so once this place is rented out, free Dyson vacuum is gone.

I only offer the free vacuum on Craigslist & Kijiji, so make sure you mention it when you rent the place from me.

Nice landlord is looking for a nice tenant. One side of a duplex in Clearwater. Very private, longtime tenant on the other side. Small 2 bedroom place, very small living room, so if you have big entertainment center and a huge sectional it will not fit. Good for 1-2 people and a child. Tile floors everywhere. Central air. Washer/dryer hookups. Patio and small backyard. Will consider 1 small pet (non-refundable additional pet deposit will apply).

Yearly lease. Looking for a stable, long-term tenant. Security deposit of $300 due with first month's rent, so your total move-in cost is only $1000, I don't ask for first/last/security like other places. Utilities not included and are responsibility of the tenant.

The place just got a fresh coat of beautiful white and tan paint last week and is ready for you to move in now.
