Date Listed: May-13-08 We have a nice array of 1-3 bedroom apartments. Our community is so convenient to McMullen Booth and US 19, but we are nestled off of Fairwood Avenue which is off of Drew Street. Are you familiar with our area? We are renovating our community so our buildings are being updated and look very nice. We have two pools, a tennis courts, a car wash area, laundry facilities located on site, as well as a fitness center. We are also located across the street from the East/West trail and Moccasin Lake Park. We receive 60 day notices to vacate from our Residents, so depending on your time frame that would determine our availability for your time frame. No more than two pets per apartment. Our pet fee for dogs less than 35lbs is $300 and over 36 to 65 lbs is $500, of course we do have some breed restrictions. For cats it is $300 pet fee and for 2 cats it is $500. Our deposit starts off at $150 and that is refundable to you at the time of move out. Of course the security deposit may go up because it is based on your credit, employment, and rental history. The application fee is $50 per person or $75 per married couple. We qualify by checking employment and your income needs to be at least 3 times the amount of the monthly rent. If you plan on moving in with a roommate then the income must be at least 4 times the monthly rent. We also check for criminal background, as long as you don’t have a felony we shouldn’t have a problem. We check for good rental history, if for any reason you do not have any rental history we can accept a cosigner. The last step is your credit.
