Wanted: Furnished winter rental with fenced backyard needed

Due to a very recent bereavement, I am taking a 3 month leave of absence. I want to go somewhere warm now the winter is approaching. I'm looking for a house or a ground floor condo or apt with at least two bedrooms and a fenced backyard, in Florida.

I have a well behaved adult German Shepherd. She is calm and not highly strung like small breeds can be. My dog is cleaner, more respectful of furniture and possessions than many humans are! She never chewed or damaged anything even as a puppy so she certainly does not have any interest in doing so now. She won't even touch dog food, so rest assured a chair leg would definitely be unappetising to her!
 
I need a place from around mid-Nov for myself, my recently widowed mother(a retired high school Principal), and my dog. We are non-smokers. (Hi-speed Internet or the ability to install it is a must : )
