I welcome you to my 3 story waterfront Condo in Dunedin. Your furnished room is located on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the marina. You will have a private full bathroom on this floor too.. As a resident here, the possibility exists for you to rent a boat slip from an owner willing to rent. Cable, TV, and internet are provided. There is a large pool and clubhouse. The Pinellas Trail runs directly by the entrance to the complex. Honey Moon Isl. is 5 minutes away. Sorry no couples, this is being offered for one person only.

You must like small dogs, as there are two. Sorry no additional pets as two are the limit. In addition, you have to be a non-smoker and non user of illicit drugs. Proof of employment or ability to pay is necessary. Previous residences and references are necessary. No credit check will be conducted. $625.00 payable on a monthly basis, plus a $300.00 initial security deposit, and 50% of the monthly electricity.

Myself , I am easy going. I have taken an early retirement. I have a reputation of being able to get along with people from all walks of life. I worked a high stress job and now enjoy kicking back…“it must be 5’o-clock somewhere.”
