Spare room available in Carrollwood

I'm looking for a male or Female to share my house with.

I only ask you keep it clean and pay rent when due.

Room is not furnished - cable TV, small computer desk with good PC and internet.

Looking for neat, tidy, clean person to share my home. Would prefer long term resident, but might consider a short term if the right person comes along. I have dogs but they do not stay in the main house they have their own air conditioned garage.


$500 and that includes water, electric, cable, phone, and internet

It's a small 3 bedroom nice clean house in the Logan gate subdivision you will have your own bedroom and your own full bath split plan and access to the living room kitchen and laundry room... I also have a gym membership at planet fitness and can take a guest for free if our schedules coincide I usually go to the gym in the evenings after 5 and on the weekends sometimes.  Call 813-610-8907 if you're interested!
