  • Manages problem-solving related to complex equipment or process issues of any area of the operation and communicate effectively and appropriately with vendors, suppliers and outside technical entities to resolve those.  Leads activities associated with Root Cause Analysis, maximization of equipment availability, equipment downtime, PM scheduling and Total Productive Maintenance.
  • You will need solid experience and ability to::
  • Develop, coach, and manage performance of Process Leads within the maintenance family by monitoring, documenting and periodically reviewing direct reports utilizing a participative review process consistent with guidelines. Collaborates with other Process Managers in utilization of a participative process to develop and track Process Leads in teaming efforts required to support operational goals. Utilizes and educates his/her team in mediation process for conflict resolution and consensus building as appropriate.   Develop planning of their respective areas, collaborates on progression and cross-training plans for his/her respective area and works with other Process Managers to manage progression and cross-training efforts across shifts and job families in a consistent manner.
    Develop and maintain appropriate reporting mechanisms to track productivity, turnover costs, and employee readiness to meet operational requirements.
    Five (5) years related experience (may include vocational training/certification, training others in a related field) and 3 of the 5 years experience must be in a leadership role.  Valid driver’s license required or eligible to get a valid state driver’s license.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of and general application skills in Windows office environment. Functional ability in Excel, Word, SAP, and shop floor systems is
