We seek motivated, success oriented, self starting individuals wanting to maximize their career potential in this rapidly growing industry. A dynamic sales opportunity awaits candidates with 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience with mortgage, insurance, financial, or health products and services. As a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for business development in your area, offering our complete line of mortgage products. You must be highly motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision, enjoy dealing with and helping seniors, have excellent listening and communication skills, and a highly professional appearance. We are a DE FHA Correspondent Mortgage Lender (not brokers) offering both forward (purchase and refi’s) and specializing in reverse mortgages. Applicants must be computer literate, own a computer with internet access, automobile with valid license, and a mobile telephone.
We offer complete training and an excellent compensation program – straight W-2 commission with production incentives, an application draw for applications received, and medical benefits for full time producers. First year expected income average is $35-85K with a second year average of $85-140K. Applicants should have the financial stability to make it through the start up period.
