Business Development Specialist Expectations
 
Command Center is a growing provider in the Staffing industry. The Company provides on-demand employment solutions primarily in the areas of light industrial, hospitality, event services and office staffing, as well as other staffing assignments. The Company’s long term business plan includes establishment of a nation-wide network of offices and becoming the temporary staffing industry’s leader in providing unparalleled service.
 
Location: Tampa, FL
 
Rate: the position is a salaried position. Salary is DOE + Monthly Bonus after 90 days.
 
Bonus: Bonus is based on the overall production of that Store (Branch)
 
Hours: 40+ hour work week.
 
Job Duties: The information below is not all-inclusive to the specific duties of the Business Development Specialist.
 
  • Make 20 to 25 sales calls a day.
  • Set 3 new customer meetings each day with qualified decision makers
  • Close at least four new accounts a week
  • Communicate with the Branch Staff daily for any sales leads.
  • Complete sales reports and sales boards on a daily basis.
  • Combine sales reports and sales boards and send to Branch Manager, Area Manager or Area Vice President daily.
  • Review all sales goals with the Branch Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Follow up on all leads presented on a daily basis.
  • Travel through the community daily to provide information to perspective customers.
 
Accountability: Reports directly to the Branch Manager
