5-year-old, full-service landscaping company is looking to bring on motivated sales reps in Pinellas and Hillsborough to build our commercial maintenance division.
 
The areas we are looking to build are:
 
HILLSBOROUGH
 
(1) South Tampa
(2) Carrollwood
(3) New Tampa
(4) Westshore
(5) Brandon/Valrico
 
PINELLAS
 
(1)   Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor/Dunedin
(2)   Safety Harbor/Countryside/Clearwater
(3)   Largo
(4)   Gulf Beaches
 
~ Full-time or Part-time ~
 
Landscape experience and/or knowledge of Florida Horticulture is helpful but not necessary.


Duties:
Cold-calling, distribution of company literature
Maintain necessary paperwork and submit to manager
 
  • Some leads provided
  • Manage your own territory without having other sales reps tripping over your feet. Micro-manage your own little business.
  • No Closing Necessary! You generate the interest; one of the owners of the company will close the deal for you. You get paid regardless of who gets the contract signed.
  • Pay:
    Pay for this position includes a lucrative commission + potential long-term residual to start. If you have contacts in the “green” industry, then your sales pipeline is already partially built up.
 
Future compensation for a sales superstar may include a base salary, commission, bonus, company vehicle, company phone, etc.
 
If you are looking for “guaranteed” money right from the start; please do not replying to this ad.  You will be a 1099 associate to start so you can control your own life…no weekends and you call the hours you work etc.  You get paid well when you help make a sale and then the residual income from that sale keeps coming.
