Tabby - Brown - Large - Adult - Male - Cat - Big Boy
Description
Big Boy is a loving cat rescued from a feral colony. He is very sweet, loves other cats, and loves to eat. He is about five years old. Big Boy has tested positive for the FIV virus, but that does not mean that he won't live a long life. Did you know that cattocat transmission of FIV in multiplecat households where there is no fighting among cats appears to be quite uncommon? Many FIVpositive cats are not diagnosed until after they have lived in a multicat environment for years. Ideally though, any infected cats in such households should be separated from the noninfected ones, but in reality, if fighting or rough play is not taking place, the risk to the noninfected cats appears to be low.
