SALVADOR DALI-Daum Glass “LA VENUS AUX TIROIRS”

This is an original Daum Glass "La Venus aux Tiroirs" from Paris, France.

It is from a limited edition and numbered 7/850. The staue stands 17 inches tall and is decked out with Sterling Silver Drawers, that actually slide.

Salvador Dali was the greatest Surrealist artist of the 20th century. Internationally celebrated, he is highly sought-after by collectors all over the world. He began his collaboration with Maison Daum in the mid 1960’s and produced 21 pieces for them.

Today, Dali’s sculptures in pate-cristal are unequalled and valued very highly on the market.
