Chinese Crested Dog - Small - Senior - Female - Dog - Mei Li

Mei Li is a Chinese name for beautiful girl. Mei Li is a very loving dog, who was rescued from Animal Services. She was sick, and considered unadoptable due to her age. When she was brought to rescue, the tattoo on her leg was traced, and it was discovered that Mei Li is a former show dog! She is 14 years old, and was to end her life at the shelter. However, her life took a different turn when rescue workers found her. Mei Li had to have a dental performed, and a growth on her jaw had to be removed, as well as one near her tail. She is a loving, but somewhat shy girl. She has had a rough time at the end of her life, but we are doing all we can to make it better for her now.
