Hello, I'm Julie. I am now approximately one year old and still as cute as can be, don't you think? I have been at my foster home since I was four weeks old. My foster mom says I have quite a personality and I'm one of the most unique looking dogs she's ever seen. She can't understand why I haven't found my Forever Home yet.  My brother and sister have already been adopted and I'm still here waiting for my own special people to come for me. No one can quite figure out what my dad must have been because I have a wrinkled head, bulldog eyes, webbed feet, and mastiff lips! I'm told I'm 'special looking' though I don't know what that means. My mom is a pit bull mix, but I don't look anything like her, except for my eyes.I am very active and love toys. I get to play with the big dogs here at my foster home and it's a lot of fun, but I would really love a home of my own. Another dog friend would be great.Julie has been through a lot in her time here in foster care. She managed to swallow a piece of a towel that didn't agree with her (can you imagine?) and had to have surgery. They removed almost a foot of her intestine. She recovered just fine, and is now putting on the weight she needs. She weighs approximately 40 pounds and won't get any bigger unless she gets lots of treats! She is very loved here, but deserves the attention of her own family. Julie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested (neg.), microchipped, and wormed for intestinal parasites. She's been started on a monthly flea and heartworm preventative.
