JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Data Integrity – Backups , Verification & Restore
· Systems, Environmental, and Security Monitoring
· BCP / DR Functional Secondary – Maintain and Ensure Backup Systems are Actively on Standby
· PC Deployments and Configuration Meeting IT guidelines with Centralized Management
· Off-network Laptop Deployments and Configuration within IT Guidelines
o TOC will Maintain, Deploy and Support all Engineering Off-network Laptops including those from Stations RDE’s and CE’s
· TOC End User Support - Onsite Support for all TOC / DOT IT Activities
o User Account & Mailbox Administration
o Network Connectivity and Monitoring
o Guest Wireless Support & Maintenance
o Conference Room Support and Configuration
o PBX / Phone Deployment, Support and Administration
o Acts as the IT Department Liaison for Engineering IT Related Support.
o Acts as an IT Facilitator to Effect Standardized Solutions within IT Guidelines
· Support Call Coverage Overflow
· Adherence to IT Procedures & Policies including Service Desk Utilization

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Windows Desktop & Server Experience – XP & 2003
o Vista and Server 2008 Useful
* Backup / Imaging Software
o Symantec , Acronis
* Anti Virus Software
o Symantec, Trend Micro
* PBX , IP Phone Knowledge useful
* General IP / Ethernet / WAN / Networking knowledge
* Laptop and PC installation Experience
* Systems Monitoring and Control Experience
