Looking for 4-5 LPNs or RNs to provide care for a severely & profoundly disabled young man 20 yrs. old BUT is like a baby. 4' tall 72 lbs. dead weight.
Total care. Medically Fragile, severely brain injured. Has all the ostomies, trach, gtube, vesicostomy (irrigation done daily), bilateral ureterostomies, colostomy, mucus fistula, etc. Requires PROM, supine stander therapy, vest percussor, nebulizer treatments. Allergic to dust, nicotine, pet hairs, etc. CROSS CONTAMINATION to be avoided. He needs his room kept Neat, Tidy, Organized and CLEAN. Tiled floors. Must be able to transfer. We do have a hoyer lift.
