All our calls start out as a "Service Call" for inspection and diagnosis of the problem. The technician will give you a firm price for the repair based on parts and labor or tell you if the repair costs will likely exceed the value of the machine. If you agree to have the repairs completed on your appliance, you will be charged for parts and labor only - the Service Call of $45 is FREE with a completed repair!

Parts costs will vary, but we purchase over 90% of our parts direct from the manufacturers and then pass the savings on to you. Reliable has simplified the labor charges for you by creating flat rates of $55 to $95 based on the appliance type (i.e., ice maker, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, cooktop, oven, or dishwasher). If you have multiple repairs completed at the same time the subsequent labor charges are reduced by at least 30%.

Reliable Appliance Repair also performs preventative maintenance on your appliances including refrigerator coil and dryer vent cleaning. This maintenance will prolong the life of your appliances and help keep you and your family safe. All work is completed by trained technicians who are licensed and insured for your protection as well as their own.
