Hello everyone my name is Shawn M. I've been a native floridian for over twelve years. I am a punctual person. I posess a high quality for detail at whatever I do. I have built homes from the ground up. I am able to read blue prints. I am able to layout a house. I can build you a home or I can design and build out an addition. I have built many decks and pergolas. I do all kinds of tile work. I can stretch any kind of trim out in a home. I do drywall all around. My carpentry experience includes total roofing. I have a total of 8 years in the home building industry. I have worked for Ripa and associates for almost three years. I can pipe lay, excavate, and operate just about anything outthere. I can form slabs at whatever specs required. Part of my employment with Ripa and associates was on the concrete crew.
I want to let you people outthere know that I know of those guys who are out to make a quick dollar and not commit to a quality finished product. I'm not out to rape anyone. I am fair and honest. I will let you know how long a job should finish me and how much I basically would charge per hour. Thats it! Me and the customer would go over whatever plans or modifications of the job detail. Once me and the client agree to what needs to be done I expect all material pertaining to the job to be on site the day the job is to be started. The client must provide any materials that is needed. I come in to do the job and upon 3/4's of the way to completion I require half of the agreed amount of my labor to be paid. Then upon completion the client must pay me the other quarter of the labor costs. This is how I operate and this is how I always have. I'm honestly out here to make an honest living no short cuts in my vocabulary. I know my skills and attitude have made me the great worker and person that I am today.
